*** Disregarding any of the blow rules may result in a warning, account suspension, or outright deletion and possible loss
    of all future access to BNC4YOU services.  Each incident is handled on a case-by-case basis. ***

1) One account per person (do not attempt to register multiple accounts, or accounts on behalf of someone else).

2) Five (5) networks per user, one of libera and four choices.  The libera network may not be removed or disabled, and the
   connection must remain in the #bnc4you channel.  To be clear, you are allowed to detach it (/msg *status detach #bnc4you) so
   that you don't see it in your client, but not part it.

3) The four (4) networks of choice can be any of the networks which are not banned (see the list below or check !banned ).  Do not
   change a server address to one of the banned networks.

4) Realname/GECOS, Quit Messages, and CTCP VERSION replies are not to be changed. (this is specifically for CTCP VERSION replies,
   you may manage other CTCP replies as you wish, such as having a blank CTCP DCC reply to block all DCC attempts)

5) Minimal activity is required for account retention: you must first connect within 7 days of an account request being accepted
   or it will be automatically removed, and connect afterward at least once per month to prevent the account from being removed
   (at admin discretion).

6) Do not register an account for purely idling/channel stuffing purposes.  We do not provide accounts for the purpose of padding
   channel user counts.

7) Do not try to evade channel or network bans with a BNC4YOU account.  Do not harass or spam users, channels, or networks with
   a BNC4YOU account.

8) Respect the decisions of the admins.  If you are told to do something, such as wait several weeks before requesting an account,
   for very new/suspicious users, you are to wait.

9) We do not accept requests from hosting providers.  This includes VPNs, Virtual Private Servers, Tor, IRCcloud, other bouncer
   services, and the like.  What is and is not a "hosting provider" is at the discretion of BNC4YOU staff.

Notes:
1) Ident replies are tied directly to your ZNC username (the one you specify with !request), you cannot change this on your own.
   Changing your ident response requires changing your username.  Ask an admin for assistance if you want to change your
   username/ident response, we are happy to help!

2) There is a character limit for the requested username.  If you really want a longer username, or a username different than
   the one you requested (which can be required for some special networks), ask an admin for a username change, we're happy
   to help!

3) BNC4YOU is IPv4-only, access to IPv6 servers/networks is not possible at this time, so please don't ask.  Available IPv4
   addresses and hosts for bindhost/rDNS usage can be seen from !vhosts or at the below list.
